These terms apply to OnCue Chinese, its website, scene previews and mobile app. Questions: theemansunder764@gmail.com.

Language practice

OnCue provides Chinese-language practice with fictional AI characters. Responses may be inaccurate. Characters do not provide real bookings, orders, medical care, legal services, financial advice or other professional services. A simulated task result is not a language qualification or a guarantee of performance.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in account secure and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit content you have no right to use, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. You retain rights to content you submit and permit us and our service providers to process it to deliver the requested practice features.

Subscriptions and allowances

The app displays current prices and allowances before purchase. Purchases, automatic renewals, cancellation and refund requests are handled through the App Store or Google Play and their applicable terms. Subscription access and allowances depend on verified store status. Deleting an OnCue account does not cancel a store subscription.

Availability

Features, characters and supported platforms may change. Pre-release download areas marked Coming Soon do not promise a release date. Shared-link recovery depends on platform support and the installation path; if recovery is unavailable, reopen the original shared link after installing.

Service operation

We may restrict misuse or suspend access when needed to protect the service. We aim to correct defects but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
